The history of Chinese-Peruvian cuisine dates back to the mid-19th century when the first Cantonese workers immigrated to Peru and a fusion of their ancient cuisine began.

In this episode, I’m visiting Shinua! An upscale Chifa restaurant in Lima, Peru.
