  • SALT
  • PEPPER
  • SACHA TOMATA
  • OLIVE OIL

 

QUINOA SALAD:

  • QUINOA
  • ASPARAGUS (SAUTE FIRST WITH OLIVE OIL AND GARLIC)
  • OKA (TUBER) (BAKE FIRST WITH OLIVE OIL)
  • ZAPALLO LOCHE (SQUASH; BAKE FIRST WITH OLIVE OIL)
  • PUMPKIN SEEDS
  • PARSLEY
