Making the Best Pisco Sour in Lima, Peru!
I did a full Pisco tasting and learned so much about Pisco with André, the bartender at the Belmond Hotel in Lima, Peru!
He also gave me the recipe for the perfect pisco sour!
PISCO SOUR:
- 3 Shots of Pisco
- 1 Shot of Simple Syrup
- 1 Shot of Key Lime Juice (Must be key limes, not regular limes)
- 1/2 Shot of Egg White
- A few drops of Bitters
