One of My Favorite Places to Eat in Lima, Peru! – Osaka Cocina Nikkei

If there’s one place that is a feast for all five senses, it’s Osaka, a Nikkei restaurant in Lima, Peru.  It’s a place where palo santo fills the air, chill music plays softly in the background, and food is torched tableside. I recently sat down with the restaurant’s co-founder, Diego Herrera, who talked about Osaka’s humble beginnings 20 years ago, and how he helped turn it into one of the most popular restaurants in Latin America.
