INGREDIENTS:
* 1-1/2 cups watermelon (frozen)
* 1/2 cup coconut cream
* 1/4 cup honey
METHOD:
* Chop watermelon and freeze overnight (or at least for 3-4 hours)
* Put can of full-fat coconut milk in fridge overnight as well
* Add frozen watermelon, the top portion of thick coconut cream off the top of the can (don’t shake before opening), plus honey and blend.
