Anti-Inflammatory Wellness Shots Recipe

I went heavy on the carrots this time around because it’s seasonal and they’re great for your eyes, heart, skin and immune system. The yellow beets, lemon, lime and fresh ginger root are all anti-inflammatory and add the perfect complimentary flavors.

INGREDIENTS
– Carrots (10-12 large carrots)
– 3 Yellow Beets (save the stems and add to the juice!)
– 3 Lemons
– 1 Lime
– Ginger Root

Add all the ingredients to your juicer and watch the magic happen. You don’t have to peel any of the fruits or vegetables, just make sure you wash everything and scrub thoroughly before chopping into smaller pieces.
