LEMON
Lemons are a rich source of vitamin C and a powerhouse of antioxidants and essential minerals like potassium, calcium and magnesium. Drinking fresh lemon juice supports healthy skin by bolstering collagen production (hello elasticity!).
GINGER
Ginger contains antioxidants and it’s anti-inflammatory. It has been used for centuries to help ease symptoms of the common cold, fight off infections, aid in digestion, treat upset stomachs and nausea.
BEETS
Beets are a good source of folate (helps cells grow and function) and rich in Vit C, A and K. They also contain several B vitamins, which may be protective against memory loss by improving blood flow to the brain.
PINEAPPLE
Pineapple contains antioxidants and enzymes that can protect against inflammation and disease. It contains bromelain which may hale reduce pain, swelling and bruising.
