A Meal Service That Fits Your Lifestyle and Eating Habits

Like most people, I LOVE food, but as a vegan with a ton of food allergies (nuts, oranges, apples, etc.), I find that meal prepping is essential if I want to maintain a healthy and balanced diet. I tend to cook often and in batches so I’m prepared with meals a couple of days in advance. While I enjoy cooking, it can take a lot of time.

That’s why I said yes when I was approached by Catered Fit and offered three weeks of meals to test out their service.

I’m happy to say I was pleasantly surprised with the selection and ease of the service (there’s a super easy app you use to choose your meals a week in advance). I should mention that the meals were delicious and I was able to choose dishes that fit my dietary needs.

A few things of note:

    • After the first week, I upped my portion size from the Women’s Portion to the Athlete’s Portion (hey, I workout and have a big appetite…don’t judge!)
    • If you go out of town, be sure you put a stop on your orders so you don’t come home to bags of food going to waste (yes, I went to Tulum for a few days and forgot to cancel the service while I was away)

Here’s something cool that the company is offering: you can save $25 off your first order of $145 by using the code LIBERTE25 in the promo code field when checking out.

Let me know if you try it! I’d love to hear if you love it as much as I do. 🙂

Sample Menu

(My personal faves: the Organic Tofu Scramble for Breakfast and the Lemon Chickpea Tagine for Lunch)
